In our dealings with courts and opposing parties, we advocate zealously for our clients. However, outside of the courtroom, our clients need and deserve something more. That is why we cherish our role as counselors. For nearly three decades, our clients have depended on us for objective, honest, straight-forward advice. We refuse to give any advice simply because it is the easy thing to do.
We work hard to earn our clients’ trust in everything that we do. Establishing this trust requires communication. Because we limit our representation to a relatively small number of clients, we are able to maintain prompt and open communications with all of them. If a client has a question, he or she calls. An attorney will almost always be available to speak with the client. If no attorney is available, we pride ourselves on promptly returning all messages. It is our firm belief that open communication fosters the trust we seek from our clients.
The litigation process is inherently demanding and uncertain. Those involved in it need aggressive advocates and objective, honest, and responsive counselors.
